Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern all bookings made with Morocco Tour Offers ("we", "us", "our"), a travel agency based at Morocco – Rissani – 52450. By paying a deposit you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them on behalf of everyone named in your booking.

Because every tour we operate is private and tailor-made, the written confirmation we send you — listing your itinerary, accommodation, inclusions and exclusions — forms part of this agreement and takes precedence where it is more specific.

2. Booking & Confirmation

To book, contact us by form, email or WhatsApp with your dates and interests. We will design a personalised itinerary and send a written quote itemising exactly what is and is not included.

Your booking is confirmed only once we have received your deposit and issued a written confirmation. Until that point, prices, accommodation and availability are subject to change.

3. Prices & Payment

  • Prices are quoted per person and depend on group size, season, accommodation level and the final itinerary.
  • A deposit of typically 20–30% of the total confirms your booking. The exact amount is stated in your quote.
  • Deposits are payable by PayPal or secure bank transfer.
  • The balance is due shortly before or upon arrival in Morocco, as stated in your confirmation, and may be settled in euros, pounds, dollars or dirhams.
  • Prices quoted are guide prices per person and may vary in high season — Easter, July and August, Christmas and New Year — and with your choice of accommodation. The price in your written confirmation is the price that applies.
  • Bank charges, card fees and currency conversion costs are your responsibility.

4. What Is Included

Unless your confirmation states otherwise, our tours include:

  • Private, air-conditioned transport with a professional English-speaking driver-guide.
  • Accommodation in selected riads, hotels or desert camps.
  • Daily breakfast, plus the other meals specified in your itinerary.
  • Guided visits with licensed local guides in the major cities.
  • All pre-arranged activities listed in your itinerary.
  • 24/7 local support for the duration of your tour.

5. What Is Not Included

  • International and domestic flights.
  • Travel insurance (see section 8).
  • Lunches and drinks unless specified.
  • Entrance fees to monuments unless specified.
  • Personal expenses, souvenirs and laundry.
  • Tips for guides and drivers, which are customary but entirely discretionary.
  • Visa costs where applicable.

6. Changes by You

Because our tours are private, changes during the tour — extra photo stops, a longer lunch, skipping a site — can usually be made on the spot with your driver-guide at no cost.

Changes that affect accommodation, dates or the length of the tour must be agreed with our office in advance. We will pass on any cost charged to us by hotels, camps or guides, and will always tell you the amount before proceeding.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be sent to us in writing at moroccotouroffer@gmail.com. The date we receive your written notice is the date the cancellation takes effect.

Your deposit covers commitments we make on your behalf to riads, hotels, camps and guides at the time of booking. The refundable proportion therefore depends on how far ahead you cancel; the applicable terms are set out in your written confirmation before you pay anything.

If we have to cancel or materially alter your tour for reasons outside our control — extreme weather, road closures, civil disruption or similar — we will offer you a comparable alternative itinerary, alternative dates, or a refund for the portion of the tour not delivered. We are not liable for costs outside the tour itself, such as flights, which is why travel insurance is essential.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in our prices and we strongly recommend that every traveller holds a policy covering medical treatment and repatriation, trip cancellation and curtailment, and personal belongings. You travel uninsured at your own risk.

9. Passports, Visas & Health

It is your responsibility to hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates, and to obtain any visa required for your nationality. Many nationalities may enter Morocco visa-free for up to 90 days, but rules change and you should confirm with your own embassy.

You are responsible for meeting any health requirements and for bringing sufficient personal medication. Please tell us in advance about medical conditions, allergies, dietary needs or reduced mobility so we can plan appropriately.

10. Our Responsibility & Its Limits

We take reasonable care in selecting the vehicles, accommodation, guides and suppliers used on your tour, and we are responsible for delivering the services described in your confirmation.

We are not liable for loss, delay or injury caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, natural events, road or border closures, strikes, flight disruption, illness, or the acts of third parties. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

Activities such as camel riding, 4×4 dune driving, quad biking and mountain walking carry inherent risk and are undertaken at your own risk. Please follow your guide’s instructions at all times.

11. Conduct & Local Customs

We ask all guests to behave respectfully towards our team, our partners and the communities you visit, and to observe local customs regarding dress and photography. We reserve the right to end a tour, without refund, where a guest’s behaviour endangers others or causes serious offence.

12. Complaints

If something is not right, tell your driver-guide or call our office immediately — almost everything can be fixed on the spot. If a matter remains unresolved, write to us at moroccotouroffer@gmail.com within 28 days of the end of your tour and we will respond promptly.

13. Privacy

We collect only the personal information needed to plan, book and deliver your tour, and we share it only with the suppliers directly involved — hotels, camps, guides and drivers. We do not sell your data. You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to moroccotouroffer@gmail.com.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Morocco, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
