Morocco Tour Offers ("we", "us", "our") is a travel agency based at Morocco – Rissani – 52450. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use https://moroccotouroffers.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have over it.

2. What We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. There is no account to create and no login on this site.

• Contact and booking enquiries: the name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size and trip preferences you type into a form on this site.
• Correspondence: the content of emails, WhatsApp messages and form messages you send us, so we can answer them and keep a record of what was agreed.
• Booking details needed to deliver the tour: traveller names, nationality and, where a hotel or camp requires it for check-in, passport details.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are kept by the host for security and troubleshooting.

3. Why We Use It

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a personalised itinerary and quote.
• To confirm, arrange and operate your tour — which means passing the necessary details to the hotels, camps, guides and drivers on your itinerary.
• To take your deposit and record the balance due.
• To keep records of bookings and correspondence for accounting and legal purposes.
• To answer questions or complaints after your trip.

4. Legal Basis

Where you send us an enquiry, we process your data because you have asked us to respond and to take steps towards a booking. Where you make a booking, we process it to perform our contract with you. Where we keep accounting records, we do so to meet a legal obligation. We do not rely on legitimate interest to send you marketing you did not ask for.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store a small preference recording whether you chose the light or dark theme and which language you selected; this stays on your device, is not sent to us, and identifies nobody.

If we add analytics or advertising measurement in future, this section and the site will be updated first, and consent will be requested where the law requires it.

6. Who We Share It With

We share your details only with the suppliers directly involved in delivering your tour — the hotels, riads, desert camps, guides and drivers on your itinerary — and with our payment providers when you pay a deposit.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

• Accommodation and ground suppliers named in your itinerary.
• PayPal, where you pay a deposit by PayPal — PayPal handles the payment under its own privacy policy and we never see your full card number.
• Our bank, where you pay by transfer.
• Our email and web hosting providers, which store the enquiries sent through this site.
• Public authorities, where the law requires it.

7. International Transfers

We are based in Morocco, so if you contact us from the EU, UK or elsewhere your information is transferred to and stored in Morocco, and may be handled by service providers located in other countries. Where the law of your country requires safeguards for such transfers, we will provide them on request.

8. How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not turn into bookings are kept while there is a realistic prospect of a trip and then deleted on request. Booking records and the correspondence attached to them are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require, and then deleted.

9. Your Rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to moroccotouroffer@gmail.com and we will answer. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority; in Morocco the supervisory authority is the CNDP.

10. Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Enquiries reach us as email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send passport scans, card numbers or other sensitive documents through the contact form unless we have asked you to and agreed a secure method.

11. Children's Data

We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Where children travel as part of a family booking, we collect their names and ages from the adult making the booking, and only to arrange rooms, seats and any age-related pricing.

12. Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting existing bookings will be communicated to the travellers concerned.
