What time is the pickup?

Between 5am and 6am depending on the season. It is brutal and it is worth it.

What if the weather is bad?

Flights are cancelled for wind or poor visibility and rebooked or refunded. It is decided on the morning, not the night before.

Is there an age or mobility limit?

Operators usually set a minimum age around six, and you need to be able to climb into the basket unaided. Tell us your group and we will confirm.
